From Classic Almond Croissants to our savory "Miss Figgy Piggy" (fig jam with prosciutto, pears and creamy brie), our menu satisfies every craving—including decadent desserts like Tiramisu Affagato, Mango Pineapple Cheesecake, or nostalgic Banana Pudding, perfectly paired with espresso, hot chocolate, or fizzy fruit-flavored mocktails.


Join us late Friday and Saturday nights for beer, wine and champagne making savory dishes & desserts the perfect pairing for a romantic date night or family-friendly night out.


Seasonally inspired by local farmers markets, our flavors reflect the vibrant tapestry of our diverse community. Come taste the decadence—where we gather together to break bread, and toast our glasses of faith to rise together.

My Journey

A dream kneaded with faith, community, and the joy of creating beauty through food.
In 2020, I launched a social enterprise—a coffee company with a mission to support wounded Veterans, blending business with purpose and heart. It was more than a venture; it was a calling to serve, restore, and uplift.


My journey began with selling pallets of roasted coffee beans at a regional Veterans Day event hosted by Costco Wholesale. From there, BraveHeart Mountain Coffee grew quickly: gift boxes appeared on Costco.com, a drive-thru stand opened, and we became a familiar presence at farmers markets and tradeshows across the Pacific Northwest.


Then came the croissants—whimsical, bold, unapologetically extravagant. Crafted with fresh fruit, silky creams, and a touch of visual poetry, they began as a simple pairing with coffee and grew into something far more powerful: a ministry of joy. As a self‑taught baker, I watched customers return week after week, always asking the same question: “Where’s your storefront?” And in my heart, I knew—it was time to build a space that reflected the love and intention behind the work.

Now, after years of testing, refining, and waiting, I’m thrilled to share what’s next: Le Croissant Bar, opening soon at 

116 Lake Street, Kirkland, WA.


And there’s a deeper layer to this story. In 1974, my very first job as a teenager was picking fresh strawberries on the farms of Skagit Valley. Today—50+ years later—I’m using those very same strawberries from those same fields in my desserts. It feels like a full‑circle moment of joy and restoration. A way to honor the local farmers who work tirelessly, and to create beautiful food that celebrates the hands and the land that make it possible.


Our storefront will be a sanctuary of sweetness—a place where families, friends, and food lovers gather to enjoy elegant croissants, decadent desserts, and exceptional coffee. Whether you're strolling with your pup, treating the kids, or simply seeking a moment of peace, we’re here to make your day a little more beautiful. Every bite is a blessing. Every visit, a celebration of GRATITUDE.
